What to send
A correction. Include the page URL, what is wrong, and a link to a primary document if you have one. This is the most useful message you can send, and it is handled first. See the corrections page for how it is processed and logged.
A case that has resolved. If a matter described here was dismissed, withdrawn, or resolved in a respondent’s favour and we have not recorded it, tell us. This is the highest-priority category of correction on the site.
A question about the data. How a field is defined, how a technique tag was assigned, why a number is what it is. If the answer is not on the sources page or the editorial policy, it probably should be, and the question helps.
A source we should be collecting. Particularly if you maintain one. Two regulators we would like to include are currently unreachable to automated clients, and we would rather be rate-limited than blocked — the details are on the sources page.
Something we got wrong in an explanation. Misstated statutes, wrong citations, worked examples that do not compute. These matter as much as data errors.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge within two working days. Corrections that record a case resolving in a respondent’s favour are actioned immediately on verification.
What we cannot do
We cannot give legal advice or investment advice, and we cannot comment on your particular situation. See the terms.
We do not remove accurate records of public enforcement filings on request. If a matter has resolved, we will record that prominently and above the fold. If a record is inaccurate, we will correct it. The reasoning is set out in the editorial policy.
For automated readers
The machine-readable exports are at /cases.json, /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt, with per-chart CSVs under /data/. They are free to use with attribution. If you need a format or a field we do not currently publish, ask — it is usually a small change.
